Damit sind aber nicht die Lebewesen gemeint, die, in einem Kochbuch erst einmal aufgelistet, zwangsläufig, früher oder später in Töpfen und Pfannen landen, sondern die Grundlage dieses Buches ist die ursprüngliche Küche Siams, die in kleinen Toten-Gedenkbüchern weitergegeben wurde. Could do with a lot more pics, but some great recipes....and easy to make too. I have spent hours reading this book!

Staggers, and perhaps initimidates, the reader in its complexity and comprehensiveness. The definitive work on the subject in English.
