The book is very basic, easy to read and therefore should be easy to start the "10 minute plan". Begin by taking the 7 question quiz to determine which level best describes your current fitness level. That gives you the specifics for starting the program at a level you will feel most comfortable with ...exercises come with "simplify it" or "advance it" versions to keep you going a pace that is still challenging. Great recipe ideas, even photos to help you get the exercises right! Not overwhelming if you haven't been exercising in awhile - a great plan for any fitness level. The Thin in 10 Weight-Loss Plan: Transform Your Body (and Life!) in Minutes a Day...love this book! It's sooooo well laid out... VERY easy to understand and follow! Perfect for lifestyle changes, as opposed to other radical diets you know you could never keep up...this one is very smartly done! She gives easy to understand reasons for the different exercises so you get why something helps and what it does! A very cool dvd so you can see the basics! Highly recommend!

With life so crazy for everyone, short segments of exercise are becoming more and more popular. The title is a little misleading because the book recommends doing the 10 minutes exercise segment paired with at least 10 minutes of walking. At least that is still a short amount of time. The DVD that comes with the book is a nice addition to my library of exercise videos. None of the steps are overly complicated and don't require much more than a mat and some workout bands, but they are definitely high intensity. For days with more time, it is easy to add additional pieces to create a longer workout. The recipes were hit or miss for me. Some were new ideas and others were pretty basic.… (plus d'informations)
