I was very pleasantly surprised by how well written, well thought out, and well organized this book was. As someone only tentatively considering an MBA at the moment, I read this book with an eye towards coming back to it in a few years. And after getting through it, I'm definitely going to keep it around in case I do.

The book flows very logically from one part of the process to another, and spends enough time on each subject without seeming to drag. It covers the MBA application from start to finish, including how to deal with Waitlists. The sections on Resumes and Essays is particularly good, providing thorough explanation and detail. The fact that the book is suitable for people thinking of going into MBA programs as well as those who have already started into other careers is a big perk.

This book will stay on my bookshelf and likely be loaned out to friends considering going back to school. A definite "good buy!"

I received this book being the lucky winner of an Early Reviewer batch.
While I don't plan to apply for a MBA, I still found this book very useful and very practical should I want to apply some day.
It was useful in the sense that the parts related to essay writing can easily apply to business writing and how to write blog posts or executive presentations in an effective manner.

I stumbled through a Master's Program with few answers to questions, and no guidance whatsoever from the professionals in the career field. How I needed a map, an outline to guide me through the maze. "The Complete Start-to-Finish MBA Admissions Guide" is just that map for MBA applicants, cutting through the unanswered questions and holding your hand via the book, the website (www.mbamission.com) and free consultations with the author.

I highly recommend this book as a gift to any graduate, to start their thinking process as they follow the practical and actionable advice in the book. This is the first step in following a longtime dream, being accepted into a top American or international business school. Without this book, the student is left to drift in unknown waters; the MBA admissions guide is the life raft needed by all applicants.… (plus d'informations)

I am thinking about applying to grad school in business. This book had a lot of good tips and inside info. Making good connections seems to be a prominent point in the book, and is one I agree with .
