I really enjoyed the techniques and found them very helpful. FYI, this book shares many of the same strategies that are on the Headspace app.

A pretty good and basic approach to meditation laid out here. The author has considerable experience in serious monk type meditation and is able to relate in straightforward terms the process, benefits, and challenges that meditation presents.

The 10 minutes concept is brilliant and allows an introductory without getting overwhelmed that this topic can bring. It's simple, direct and easy to practice and develop as a daily practice. I have used some of these concepts and am pleased with the results. I look to expand as time goes on and this book was a great start.… (plus d'informations)
