The house is described as thinking and feeling ( ) Cette critique a été écrite dans le cadre des Critiques en avant-première de LibraryThing. A beautifully illustrated book with color and imagination. A story of a house on a hill in the country and the people that move in and out. A very interesting perspective to bring to a story time and conversation. This changes the focus from all about "us" to the physical world and what happens over time. Cette critique a été écrite dans le cadre des Critiques en avant-première de LibraryThing. The House of Grass and Sky reminds me a great deal of one of my favorite books, The Little House. Told from the point-of-view of an old house in the country, the story is of a house that has experienced much joy over the years from providing a happy home for families. For many years, the house lies unoccupied and solitary and lonely, as family after family passes on it. Finally, a new family comes to live in the house and it is once again content. aucune critique | ajouter une critique

A house sits in a field under the ever-changing sky. For a while the house was full of laughter and children and the sounds of lives being lived under its roof. And then, for a long time, it was empty and quiet. New people came to look, but they always left. Will anyone come to stay? Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |
