Nicely written intro to alchemy - the Jungian style transformative as opposed to the historical high magic lead into gold type. Although the author does cover the history, the focus here is on self-help and self-transformation. An easy read, but aimed at a bit younger and more female audience than this old retired dude. Nevertheless refreshing and useful. ( ) This is an easy-to-read introduction to alchemy.
