Train Your Brain by Christopher Michaels is an incredibly good book! A quick read but definitely something I will go back to over and over again. I have always had a terrible short term memory and have always had to rely on list and others reminding me when something important had to happen, and frankly I was sick of it. This book taught me to find the memory games that work for me instead of the memory games that are popular, and helped shed light on where my memory needs work and how I can build it up in a way that works for me specifically, as opposed to the generic memory games you're given as a child. That frankly didn't work a bit on me personally. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who has a problem with walking into a room and forgetting what you went in there for. ( )
