Book Nook

I was a loyal customer for more than 15 years, and hey they used to be my neighborhood bookstore. Always, if they stamped the book then you could take it back and get credit for new books. The new owner decided he will no longer honor this and told me that the new looking book that I brought back had a broken spine and he wouldn't give me any credit for it. I had to open the pages to read it and I kept it in the condition that I had bought it, and he put his stupid book nook stamp in it, lowering any resale value it might have had. He just lost a loyal customer, and you know what, it's a rough economy. I hope he goes out of business because he is NOT honoring his customer agreements. You can get books cheaper on amazon, or have better customer service at borders or barnes and noble. The politi library is just down the street at bullard and first, do your reading for free. This man clearly doesn't deserve the loyal customers that the previous owners cultivated.
