I have chosen not to spend $10+ to get a picture to upload to Richard M. Weaver from UofC Special Collections.
For $10, I could get a used book by Weaver.
From my point of view, the development office should be aggressively uploading pictures to every UoC related author. It's better advertizing than football. After all, we are Great Books Geeks.

Football still isn't a big draw, but the university *has* been falling all over itself to put pictures out their of their new athletic facility, their student activities, Chicago as a big exciting city, and how much fun students are having at their $50k summer camp.
The days of the Great Books Geek seem to be limited around here, as more and more of the incoming students are the popular cookie-cutter overachiever-type you can find in any high school.
