This chapter is all about goal setting.
What is your long term goal and why?
Mine:
Loose over 100 lbs. 129 would be nice
*I'm overweight. Big Time.
*I'd like to go out to eat & not get looks because I'm eating. People look at you like "How dare you eat." Even though what I've eaten all day is less than what they are eating in that one meal.
*I'd like to loose some before a planned meeting in December (50 lbs. would be nice).
*I want to jog with Finnegan. Right now I can walk 2 miles with him but it's at a slow steady rate.
*I want to feel better about myself. I'd love not to have to be so picky about clothes because of my weight.
