I'm interested in hearing how everyone else is going to deal with their online life when applying for jobs.
Since many employers (including churches) do a simple Google search (or Yahoo if you prefer) on perspective employees do you plan to be proactive and share the information about your online life?
Are you going to be upfront and list what blogs you write, what boards you frequently comment on and what screen names you use on those boards?
I am leaning towards putting this information in my portfolio and sharing it with employers. Would you consider it a good idea to disclose to interview committees that I am a member of LT give them a print out of a few conversations I've participated in here?
