Switcher for Month/Year on some Charts

I've added a switcher between month and year for some of the charts under Charts & Graphs. Specifically:

Overview page
-Review Dates
-Read Dates Over Time
-Talk Messages
Cataloging page
-Entry Date
-Acquired Date
Reading Dates page
-Pages Read Over Time
Ratings/Reviews page
-Review Dates
Talk and Groups page
-Talk Messages
-Word Count

Nice, but all table titles on localized pages are now in English. I don't think they used to be?

I added translates; we'll see if there are any problems with the titles being not translatable...

Oh, this is nice! A monthly view provides a more relevant snapshot sometimes.
