The Graveyard Book Ending

Anyone else think the ending was unsatisfying and basic? I enjoyed the book but the ending felt so unoriginal, it was very expected and boring. I feel it could have been better.

>1 greyweather: I was not dissatisfied but I read it when it was first published as a school librarian. So, my feelings are that it suited the audience for whom it was written, and it was different at the time of publication in 2008. You may want to try Lincoln In the Bardo if you want a more adult book along this vein. I absolutely loved that one!
