What are your thoughts on previous life regressions? Do you think we have lived previous lives? If not, how do you explain them?

I don’t believe in previous life regressions. I think it’s a crazy concept and I doubt that I could be hypnotized as I need to be in total control of my body at all times.

I think people claim they have knowledge of past lives but it's difficult for me to believe it's really true. I think it's mostly wishful thinking. I think people want to believe they are special or unique.

I don’t know whether previous life regression is a real thing or not. I’ve never felt the urge to try it out for myself.
Although I’d like to think we have more than one shot at life, I don’t feel the need to actually find out who or what I’ve been (or not been) in a previous life (or not).
I live by the maxim ‘Life is too short’, so I try to live in the moment, make the most of each and every day; but I also take comfort from the chance I may come around again - or at least my soul or essence might, obviously I won’t.
Perhaps it could be said, “I travel in hope…”, 🙂.
