Were you surprised with Wish’s reaction? Did you think she’d go through with quiting and leaving Bosch?

I did - he had her cornered at that point and it was better for her odds of surviving to be taken in by the bureau than to be hunted by Binh and Tran

Again I knew what would happen. There is a bigger surprise further into the series.

Yes. I thought she'd made up her mind to leave the service. I never saw her affair with Bosch as permanent - it never really rang true for me.

I see them as having more of a relationship so I didn't believe her.
