Sticking with 3.5 for now - I think we're going to find out that there was someone above Rourke. Also waiting for Irving to get his and for Bosch to be given his old job back at RHD (Robbery-Homicide Division). That will make it a 4 for me...but not yet...

I'm at 3.75 waiting to see what the ending will bring.

I'm sticking at 3, may go up slightly depending on the ending.

I’m also at a 3, this one is a bit chunky and not free flowing, and some superfluous and repeated detail. It is the first book he wrote so I know they get better.
