Why do you think they bugged Harry’s house? Who did you think was responsible?

I think it was someone in the police or the FBI that bugged the house hoping that they'd catch him on the phone to his partner talking about the case or, at the very least, know when he was out if they wanted to toss the place.

I think it was the FBI who bugged his house as they wanted to know what he was up to at all times.

I think it might have been the FBI. They seem to know more about the robbery case than they are telling him.

I think it was LAPD. With Harry at the Bureau Pounds no longer really knows what he is doing or who he's talking to as he did before. Lewis and Clark seemed to be genuinely surprised about the bug... and Harry had them in a position (loved it!!!) that it was going to be to their benefit to tell him the truth.

As it doesn't appear to have been Lewis and Clarke, I'm not sure who bugged Harry's house.
