Any initial thoughts how the body got into the pipe? Did you think it was suicide, murder or an OD?

It seems that someone had dragged the body into the pipe. I think it is murder.

I believe whoever killed him put him in the pipe to extend the time before he was found...IF he was found at all. No one in their right mind would crawl in a pipe to die...and there was no footprints...which says that the killer knew that by placing the body in the pipe he would destroy evidence (the footprints) taking the body in and again by himself going back out... AND the cops would destroy even more evidence getting to the body.

I have to agree. He was murdered and transported there to extend the time of his discovery.

I think it was murder. The tagger heard a car/truck coming into the area - I think they were disposing of th ebody

I believe the body came from the vehicle witnessed arriving at the dam by our young graffiti artist in the opening pages.
Definitely murder.

We knew a car as approaching so it always seemed like murder and disposing of the body.
