Any thoughts where Lee disappeared to or who he saw outside the pub?

I initially thought it might be Charles Stoke-something but then thought it might be his supplier. I think Lee is dead

I thought the murderer knew Lee had seen him in the vicinity of the murder, and had come to shut him up. I expected Lee eventually to be found dead.

I think the murderer killed him because he may have witnessed something.

I think Lee is sleeping with the fishes. The killer may have thought he saw the murder. Gaz better watch his back also.

I expect he's dead. Even if he and Gaz didn't see anything the murderer won't want to take any chances.
