Did we find out a bit more about Juan in this section, and particularly Sloane's thoughts about him?

we did, but I don't like that she snooped. Kind of lowered by previously high opinion of her

That shouldn't have gone over well with Juan and it sure didn't help my opinion of her. What was the big hurry to get his life story anyway?

>3 Carol420: I thought that too. I would think he'd have a problem with the whole invasion of his privacy (note he was going to have a chat with Max and Maurice about secrets and let her off the hook?). It was one thing to break into his safe on a dare (like Linc) but should have been completely unacceptable that she'd snooped in his desk.

I agree. No one should open up personal documents like Sloane did. I know it was only done to fill in background for the readers but it doesn't fit with the Sloane we know.

I agree that she should not have snooped.

I don't think we actually found out anything new...(?)
I believe Juan thought her intentions were honourable enough, otherwise he'd certainly have called her on it there and then.
I, personally, don't think she should have done this; Juan said he'd tell her the whole story when they had time. She should have had a little more patience, and shown some restraint. But Juan didn't seem all that concerned...

I agree I think we knew most of this but was a timely reminder. She was tempted and was found wanting!
