Hello, I find it interesting that this group with 3 members was formed 6 months ago but there has not been one posting as yet.
Well, here is the first. My name is Robert and I live in Upland California, U.S.A. I have 115 firearms related books in my library, many of them first editions. If you look at my library and do a search for the tag "firearms", you can see the list.
I have been a firearms enthusiast for most of my 73 years, receiving my first .22 rifle, a Winchester Mod. 06 pump, when I was ten years old. I have been a competition shooter, hunter, handloader, and a range officer on the 50 meter range at many World Cup matches and the Atlanta Olympics.

Hi, I'm ArmyAngel and I live in Louisiana and Virginia, depending on whether or not college is in session. I don't own any gun books, but have a couple of second amendment rights books. Never owned a gun, but would like to when money allows. I started skeet shooting several months ago and absolutely love it.

Hello, I'm monohex, and I own 16 books about firearms/firearm-related subjects (at the moment). My father taught me to how to shoot when I was a child, and my parents have always had many guns in their house. I greatly enjoy target shooting and plinking, and I shoot whenever I can get out of the city (not many ranges where I live.)
Edited to add: I too received a .22 for my 10th birthday, though I wasn't allowed to keep it in my room. My mother just tolerates our firearms enthusiasm. She was not raised around them.
