Who are your favorite Medicine Cats? (all clans)

In both series, there have been quite a few Medicine Cats. Which ones do you like the best? (note: anyone who has not read The New Prophecy is in for spoilers)

Yellowfang
Cinderpelt
Leafpool
Barkface
Runningnose
Littlecloud
Mudfur
Mothwing (this does not count any from The Sight, or apprentices)

My favorites are Yellowfang and Leafpool. What's not to like about Yellowfang? I wish she had shown up in dreams more often than Spottedleaf, who is my least-favorite Thunderclan Medicine Cat!

And I started off not caring much for Leafpool, but now that I have basically read Sunset, I think she is a wonderful character. She lost her mate, her mentor, her sister, and her best friend (when Sorreltail had kits, and Squirrelflight reconciled with Brambleclaw). She gave up everything to devote her life to the clan, and that struck me as a very poignant thing to do, and I hope it will be drawn on later.

I like Leafpool.She's nice.But I think Spottedleaf was all time best.She is nice and when Jaypaw visits Starclan she is sweet and helps him.

Well, Spottedleaf is all right, but she just seems to lack a personality. And since she is in Starclan, nothing happens to her. Her character doesn't develop. So she doesn't interest me as much as the other Thunderclan Medicine Cats.

My favorite outside Thunderclan is Littlecloud.

You know, I sometimes wish that Erin Hunter would branch out and give the perspective of other cats in something other than the prolouges. The single most disappointing thing about the new Prophecy was that I thought each book would have the perspective of one of the six questing cats. But instead it became just Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight, and I felt very annoyed. Don't get me wrong, I loved the new series! I just wish it had been done differently.

Yah.I know it was just them I thought maybe it would be more than them.I hope it doens't happen to this new series.I just finished the book yesterday.It inly took me like 3 or 4 weeks to read I guess maybe even 2.But it was a very good book.I won't give out any spoilers becuz I don't want to spoil anything 4 the Warrior fans out there who haven't bought the book.I got it when it came into stores and started the day right after.But yes,I do agree I like Littleclould.I think Mothwing is a mysterious character on account of that she doesn't belive in Starclan and her apprentice Willowpaw has to tell her everything.You don't happen to know if Williowpaw knows that Mothwing doesn't belive in StarClan?I also like Cinderpelt.I remeber when she was just an apprentice and she hurt her leg on the Thunderpath and Firestar was her apprentice.She was good.But what I figured is that Spottedleaf loved Firestar.But Firestar went on and married Sandstrom which they make a good couple. :)

I was just re-reading Fire and Ice, and I really feel sorry for Cinderpelt. She was always running everywhere, and then suddenly she could never run again. I agree that Fireheart and Sandstorm are a nice couple.

I think Willowpaw must know that her mentor is different than other medicine cats, but I think she doesn't know exactly why.

I like Leafpool, Spottedleaf, Yellowfang and Cinderpelt.

i agree, spottedleafs ok but she dosnt do anything shes only alive for 3 seconds then she dies i dont know what firestar saw in her i like yellowfang and cinderpelt. barkface is ok and littlecloud, dont really like mudfur

Firestar didn't really see anything in her it was really more in Sandstorm.
I think Spottedleaf was actually just flirting with Firestar.(Firepaw,Fireheart)if they really liked each other,I think they would tell each other.(but then.she was a medicine cat....)

My favorite is cat is Squirrelflight. But Leafpool is very cool too!

I really like Leafpool. I also like Cinderpelt and Mothwing, because Mothwing has a different persepective on being a medicine cat because she doesn't believe in StarClan. I think it's very interesting.

My favorite is Cinderpelt, after she was apprenticed. She was friendly, and not afraid to help cats from other Clans. She just overall has a good personality.

Yeah Cinderpelt was a great character. It will be interesting to see how Cinderpelt's spirit will show in Cinderpaw as she gets older. It's like Cinderpelt gets two chances: as a medicine cat and a warrior.

I think Spottedleaf was the most respected of the clan and best but...
I haven't realy learned about her she didn't say alive a long time... as you can see in midnight wen cinderpelt speek about her too leafpaw/pool saying that she could be compared too her, leafpool was so honored and could believe it.

I like Cinderpelt she showed courage.

I've come to really love jayfeather. He is such an interesting character and he is amazingly brave.

hehe i'm making it so suspenseful i did the same thing to my friend when i gave her hints about her b-day present 2 months ahead of time.....now I'M the evil one!

ha my sis started but now she's all caught up....which sucks i like to be ahead of here in series, but right now we're even w/ all the series we're reading. my cousins have started reading warriors as well...i have no idea where they are though :)

realy same problem at first I was on midnight but then wen i heard my friends were starting (they read SO fast) so I decided to speed up, to keep ahead (I wont be for long:(...)
And my cousins are french so they read them in french, who's just crap. But they dont like them.

In french the aprentice are not paw but cloud
and the name are like MEGA complicated like "Coeur de Lion" that's basically Lionheart's name in french and "nuage de feu" is firepaw's ( ha feels funny to write firepaw;) ) Its crap in french

wow that does sound really complicated...i can't imagien reading it in french let alone spanish since it's something i remotely know...let's see...fireheart would be "corazon de fuego". ha that doesn't sound good at all.

i don't know paw, sand, fur, tail, pelt, whisker, etc...kind of limits my vocabulary w/ warrior names. :)

Spottedleaf and Yellowfang are my favorites but I also like Leafpool and Littlecloud.
