I have amassed all these books for reference and cooking ideas, to assit me in my quest to learn and apply my culinary experence. I have learned (IMHO) that no one has mastered all there is to know about food and its usefulness to maintain mankind. I only hope I live long enough to achive and apply it.

Hi, I am a chef since 1967-Present. My father and brother were also chefs. We had family owned/operated Italian Restaurants in Brooklyn/Queens, N.Y. and St. Petersburg Fl.
I had the honor to travel exstensively throughout Europe, mostly whitin the Med. 14 countries and over 40 cities. I was able to share cooking recipes and ideas with chefs and locals alike. It was amazing to do what I love best.
