Therese C. Yewell

I hope that the libraries in PG County are keeping their copies safe, because this is a formidable piece of local history. Therese Yewell has profile a couple hundred women dating from colonial times to the present, although the focus is heavily on women born in the twentieth century. Each woman gets about a page worth of biography, usually with a black and white picture. There are also historical sections on women during the various time periods. I wish that these focused a little more on local history, but it is still a work that does the County proud.… (plus d'informations)
