Norma Yaeger

Breaking Down the Walls is an understatement! I read this book in one afternoon/evening because Norma’s story was so intriguing I could not put it down. This is one unstoppable lady that is still setting the bar for the “you go girl” age. Fearless, courageous, independent, and even fierce, Norma never gave up in spite of the odds. Her innate business savvy took her to places previously unknown by women and she soared to new heights every step of the way. Her common sense method of negotiating made me stop and think, “Now why didn’t I do that?” Never one to give up when she was down, she’s proven that time and time again, even after retirement. She found love, support and a true partner the second time around (we should all be so lucky) and her family is full of very accomplished people. Norma’s book should be required reading for every young woman entering college, or even high school. They all need to know that nothing can keep them down but themselves and to never give up pursuing your dreams.
