Yet everything changes when one random encounter turns out to be not so random after all. Ronni never thought that she'd see Steve Nelson again after their casual encounter. Granted, she hadn't know his name then, but now that she does, she finds herself drawn to the man in more ways than one. Setting aside her insecurities, she knows that he's her only chance in being able to redeem her client, Jessica Ward, before the jury's eyes.
As the case becomes more high profile, she finds herself unable to fight the feelings she's begun to feel for Steve. He stirs her passion and hunger and leaves her wanting more. The fact that he treats her with such respect seals the deal even further.
Unable to deny what she feels for him, she gives in and dives head in to the delicate relationship that's building between him. She knows quite clearly that there's no going back. Not that she wants to, mind you. For she's finally found what she's always been looking for - a man who loves her just as much and is intent on showing her in every way possible. A man she knows she will never let go.
This was such and endearing and heart-felt story. I enjoyed it very much. The pictures that Kathleen painted of Ronni's world and of what she felt as she went through everything she did were quite vivid. The insecurities, the love, the excitement of a random encounter - I think it's something that we can all relate to. I definitely recommend this story. It's that good a read!… (plus d'informations)
