Quickly realized that I wasn't going to be able to use this cookbook. I'm not sure if there is some kind of a language barrier involved, but it badly needs the help of an editor.

There are references to "floor Turkey" and the "ruthless" setting on the Instant Pot. And surely the author can't mean it when they say to use coconut/olive "essential oils."

It could have used a photo or two...

Another problem I had with it was that there were a few recipes that were extremely similar and hard to differentiate. For example there is a "Delicious Vegetable Soup" and a "Scrumptious Vegetable Soup."

A few recipes sounded yummy, but as another reviewer said, you just can't trust that the cook times and instructions are even accurate.
