This is a first for the author, and I understand the last. The idea for this short story is unique, a little macabre perhaps, but certainly unique and I was tickled by the topicality of the main character’s addiction to her Kindle. Unfortunately, there is room for improvement (not least grammar, punctuation and presentation) – the style is somewhat clichéd and needs a little padding and shaping. I admire the author for 'having a go'.
