A fine work documenting local history. I read this to get more information on Fort Dade, and the facilities that can still be seen there today. This has a good bit of information on the Endicott period batteries and the people of the fort. Some of the information seemed to be inaccurate. There is no official record of WWI and WWII submarine wrecks off the key, as the book states. Overall, a good overview of local history.
