Ichiro is a transgender teen who is drag-curious. He wants to support his mother who is struggling with her boss' sexual harassment and barely able to make rent, but they are also in conflict over his identity. Ichiro comes up with a plan to enter a drag contest and buy a camper with the winnings so he and his mother can live rent-free on his aunt's property. At the same time, he's also drawn to new girl Lexie but his intense work schedule makes it hard to get together.
