This was just ok for me. The romance element was not bad(the bad boy falling for the older, wise guy), and I probably could have handled that ok, even with the somewhat slutty behavior of the model boy at the beginning of the book. What really turned me off was the plot line with the roommate that made it look like "Single White Female" (the film) gone wrong. That added what became a pretty tragic ending to the tale, and as a reader, that is where it lost me so to speak. If you like your romance tragic and of the "slit open your veins" variety, this may be for you. If you want a happy ending type of romance, this is not it.
