My first reaction was to give this 3 stars, but when it dawned on me that I took away a lot of useful new ideas the benefits garnered enough to push this to a 4 star rating.

I am going to give this 5 stars. I thought volume #1 was really good. This book is great. Everything you need to know from a Telesales standpoint. Get this book now. Highly Recommend.
