Terribly written and badly edited - if it was at all, which is a real shame as the author obviously has a passion for the subject, he just doesn't seem able to construct and follow his arguments through properly. I made it to page 56, but no further.
Oh and he's not keen on the Common Fisheries Policy, or the EU, it seems...
