Kay Sheppard, M.A., is a recovering good addict and the bestselling author of Food Addiction: The Body Knows. She is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified eating disorders specialist. She conducts five-day intensive stabilization and weekend workshops for food addicts worldwide.
