Malcolm Scott

Malcolm Scott is an emeritus professor of the University of St Andrews, where he worked for many years as head of the French Department and School of Modern Languages, while also being an active researcher in the fields of French literature and politics. He was founder of the St Andrews Institute afficher plus for European Identity Studies and a founder member of the Socit des tudes Mauriaciennes. He was appointed Chevalier dans I'Ordre des Palmes Acadmiques in 1999. His previous writings include books on Mauriac, De Gaulle, Bernanos, the French Catholic novel and the French and American Revolutions. afficher moins
