I obtained a copy of this book through the Early Reviewers programme. It was a good book as a guide and provided a natural insight into life with PCOS. Worth a read if you are looking for something other than a Dr recommended read.

Technical but helpful to sufferers of this symptom. The sort of thing you would read while waiting in the doctor's office or before.

If you are just starting your research on Perimenopause this is an okay starting point. It needs to be fleshed out a little more. You get introduced to a topic but there isn't much meat to it. I did find the section on herbal supplements interesting but there wasn't much information there so my research on those supplements will have to come from another source.
