While there is no shortage of diatribes against modern art, this one has a unique proposition: modern art is bad because it's inspired by the occult. Furthermore, Robsjohn-Gibbings is not offended because he is religious (in fact, he seems to be an atheist); he is offended because these witchy artists are opposed to industrialization. Neither of these ideas are entirely preposterous, but the author takes so many liberties with art history that he ruins his credibility.
