Irreparable is a story that takes you on a journey through a particularly difficult time in Katrina’s life. With her troubled past and her violent present, she decides to take matters into her own hands and flees her big city hometown and her family. I found I had quite a bit in common with Kat and both laughed and cried with her. I am not a fan of the book’s ending, but hope it is merely a cliffhanger to the next book and conclusion of Kat’s story. It was a good read and was very engaging and had a couple of twists I didn’t expect. Overall, I would recommend this book, but with once caution: If you are prone to nightmares, DO NOT read this book before going to sleep. You’ve been warned!… (plus d'informations)

Poor poor Kay. This woman had so much bad luck, and despite some bad choices she made that brought on some of it herself, she just couldn’t cut a break. I became engrossed in the story and rooted and cheered for her when things went well and cringed and groaned when they didn’t. The novel was well written and had quite a few turn of events that I either wasn’t expecting or thought would end a different way. I hated the ending but yet it seemed fitting at the same time. This was the first novel I have read by this author but I will read more.… (plus d'informations)
