I think eminent domain is a subject no one really thinks about until it somehow involves us. However, it is an important topic that we should all be paying more attention to. The author makes a clear argument for property rights being an essential part of liberty. He clearly demonstrates our Founding Fathers thought the two were completely interconnected. This book includes many examples of government being on the wrong side of property rights issues and the reason for it being so.
