The Devil's Trinity by Michael Parker has a slowish speed to this book with just enough suspense to keep you wanting more. There is good mix of historical fiction, thriller and an oceanic theme. When Marsham survives the wreck and gets thrown into terrorist battle with Al Qaeda the action begins. This is a great read for those you are looking for an action packed thriller mixed terrorism. Not like any book I've read before, give it a try.

If you are looking for a fully loaded suspense thriller comprised of terrorism and patriotism with a pinch of other interesting factors, then this could be your pick.
The book is about the experiences and battles of an underwater oceanographer, Harry Marsham, and CIA agent Remo Fransesini. Coming from two different backgrounds and aiming for the same goal, United has the same mission: to fight against the ultimate terror in the United States of America. Even though the factors were adverse and even their superiors were against them, their pledge to save their countrymen keeps them running. The so-called villain of this story, "Hakeem Khan," is intended to spread terror in the realms of America. This doesn't end here; nuclear wars, attacks, and Caribbean voodoo will serve as more engaging plots.
Overall, this book was a fully-packed suspense thriller. Each plot was well-written and captivating. The fast-paced subplots are engaging and a good page-turner.

This book starts with action and tension that persist until the final page. We come into the story with Marsh aboard a yacht that gets plowed through by a freighter. If that's not an attention grabber right from the jump, I don't know what is. Ultimately, Marsh pairs up with the CIA and works toward uncovering a massive plot against the US.

Parker does a great job painting the picture with words. The writing was okay, but overall, it was done well and didn't take me out of the story, which is a testament to how well done the plot and visual storytelling are. Parker has a handful of books out, and I'll be excited to see how the writing strengthens and grows. As this is my first by this author, I'll have to check out more!… (plus d'informations)
