Received an ARC for my fair review for netgalley. This was truly a depressing story, I was so sad after I read it, and I hate that. The book was well written, I do not take that away from the author, actually I think she did a great job in making us feel as readers, it was just so heartbreaking. No one, no one should have to suffer to what Ally went thru, it just gutted me, and even Sam, that poor little boy, to have to live life scared it truly gut wrenching. The sad part of it all, is that it happens in real life, maybe not to the degree, as last part of torture, but pretty the rest of it. I was happy that she finally got a break.… (plus d'informations)
