There are recipes at the end of each chapter and at the end of the book for making your own cleaners, cosmetics, baby potions, foodstuffs and even tonic that don't include toxic chemicals thereby creating a healthier living environment.
I enjoyed Wendyl Nissen's easy reading flowing style and have earmarked a few recipes to try. Everyone will be getting herbed salt this Christmas!!
