Matts and Jacob were both lovely, and I really enjoyed how they fell for each other and declared feelings relatively quickly. I wasn’t as much of a fan of the other stories and outside conflict, but they really made up the bulk of the book as it’s mainly set in this small town. Yes this can be read as a standalone, but there were definitely questions I had here and there which weren’t handled well unless you’re familiar with some of the other characters I think. I liked these guys but am a bit more meh as far as my interest in reading more by this author, but we’ll see.… (plus d'informations)
