This is one of the older novels that Brash Books is reissuing. The Windchime Legacy was first published in 1980 to great acclaim, especially as the author, Mr. Mykel, was, and is, something of a mystery himself.

This is one of those older books you will either like to not. For me the wordiness and excessive backstory got tedious and I stopped reading. But as you can see from the online reviews, other readers enjoyed it a lot.

The Windchime Legacy par A.W. Mykel
This was more enjoyable than I had expected and a cleverly written plot line with some interesting characters. The computer technology too didn't seem very dated as it wasn't covered in any detail.
