Graysen Morgen

This was honestly one of the worst books - possibly the worst book - I've read this year. And I went back and checked my list.

The plot could have been interesting but the characters were flat and the writing didn't flow at all. There were so many typos and misused words (one cannot furl a brow) and character name changes (Kirsten made several appearances for Kristen) that it was almost funny. The main character was, to me, a big cliche of a tough, macho cop and I felt sort of dirty while reading some of the scenes that had her leering at women. And I'm not a prude.

The big plot twist, which wasn't too tough to figure out, didn't even make it any better because of the poor writing. There were other problems with a major plot point that would be a big spoiler so I'm not going to bother with that. Suffice it to say that I was scratching my head with the massive inconsistencies.

I could go on but, truly, I just don't want to spend any more time thinking about this book.… (plus d'informations)
