Cat Balloon has always wanted to fly, the other cats laugh and say you cant fly! your a cat! Cat Balloon tries everything he can think of to fly and nothing works. He doesn't give up though, and by the end of the night, the other cats watch cat balloon fly away into the dark night sky.
