I'm trying to get more into the self-help genre (because I'm in need of some help). I figured this would be a nice and easy place to launch from, because the book is so tiny, but I didn't really get too much out of this.

The central message is: find what brings you happiness and do it. Which. Did we really need a book for that?

It was well written and well researched and the author surely has a passion for the topic, but I just don't think there was enough substance here for more than an essay at most.… (plus d'informations)
