Melissa Hladik Meyer

I read this book for the second time and enjoyed it. The quirky characters rang true and stuck with me. This would make a fun movie and appeal to the servicemen and their wives and girlfriends for the authentic and hilarious contrast between the recently-retired and long-ago retired soldiers. Fast-paced, witty, and deeper than expected romance in this story makes me look forward to more books by Meyer.

I read this as a request from the author. I finished it tonight, and I really liked it! Melissa's writing style is really tongue-in-cheek and humorous. It is a sexy, fun read, and I am looking forward to more by her! It is available as an ebook, and very much worth the price!
