10 Little Monkeys is an interactive picture book targeted at kids age 1-4 years old. The book has a repetitive rhyming chorus that is repeated on every other page. It is all a numbers type book as it starts with 10 monkeys jumping on the bed, and ends with 1 monkey jumping on the bed. Kids seem to love popping the bubbles in the monkey’s bellies and almost singing the book as they go through it. The illustrations are wonderful with mama monkey and the 10 little monkeys. I highly recommend this book for the very young age groups as it is great for teaching counting (backwards) and a lesson (be careful about jumping on the bed), and has a great rhythm and illustrations.½
