Very simplistic overview of nutrition, but surprisingly good information about diabetes. It had some cute ideas about ways to get children to eat healthier lunches.

This book is very practical. It is organized into sections. The core is the middle section which progress through the children's ag brackets. But all parts of the bookIi find well worth going over as a grandparent.

I remember though the years as a parent attempting the same types of things but without much guidance.

This book should be kept handy, to be used often, not just read through and put up.
